Att’n: Mr. Masashi Murayama

Dear Sir:

Yesterday I telephoned you about a matter. You will please forward this letter to the proper person responsible if necessary and oblige me.

This corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Legion for the Survival of Freedom, Inc., an American corporation incorporated in Texas. On or about June 4, 1984 our founder, Miss Jean Farrel, of Lutry, Switzerland, deposited in your bank a sum of money, approximately 600 million yen. These funds were transmitted to your bank from an account in Singapore.

Miss Farrel died three months ago and we are in the process of locating and inventorying the assets of this corporation. We expect to have a reporesentative in the Tokyo soon who will contact your office personally but in the meantime would appreciate your confirmation of the above and your requirements to take control of said account.

Please advise at the address above and if you have any questions we will be happy to answer.

Sincerely,

[signed] W. A. Carto
President
