Willis Carto and Liberty Lobby have missed the deadline for paying $100,000 to Legion for the Survival of Freedom, the parent corporation of the Institute for Historical Review. Attorneys for Liberty Lobby claim their client does not have enough money to make the payment, and so far, they have been unable to make even a partial good faith
payment, or comply with other, non-monetary portions of their Settlement Agreement with LSF/IHR.
Carto and Liberty Lobby have until July 15 to cure this and other non-compliances. Failure to do so could result in their default of the Settlement Agreement of May 8, 2000.
