By virtue of an execution issued on July 19, 2001, by the Superior Court, County of San Diego, State of California, upon a judgment entered in favor of: Legion for the Survival of Freedom, Inc. as judgment creditor(s) and against: Liberty Lobby, Inc.; Willis Carto aka Frank Tompkins aka E.L. Anderson PhD., Elisabeth Carto; Henry Fischer aka Henri Fischer; Vibet, Inc.; Lewis Furr; Lavonne Furr; Hereford Corporation; Independence House; J. W. Young as judgment debtor(s) showing a net balance of $15,580,520.01 actually due on said judgment on the date of the issuance of said execution, I have levied upon all right, title, and interest of said judgment debtor(s) in the property in the County of San Diego, State of California,[…]

Purchaser shall pay in cash or by certified check or cashier’s check, from a California Financial Institution, made payable to: William B. Kolender, Sheriff

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 19, 2002, at 11:00 A.M. at Courthouse Entrance — 325 S. Melrose Dr. City of Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title, and interest of said judgment debtor(s) in the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said execution, with accrued interests and costs.
