A defamation suit against Mark Weber, Greg Raven and the Institute for Historical Review (IHR) was filed on Friday November 23rd in Texas where the IHR’s parent corporation is domesticated. Representing Willis Carto, Publisher of The Barnes Review and former C.E.O. of Liberty Lobby (publisher of The Spotlight newspaper until it was destroyed by a Federal Judge in a battle against Weber, Raven and the IHR) is noted attorney Mark Lane. The amount of the suit is $35 million dollars.
